Teamed with representatives of the Dutch Government and the Office of
the Consulate General of the Netherlands - Economic & Cultural Affairs
(Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Economic Affairs, Finance, Consul General,
and Regional Honorary Consuls) in establishing a new organization to
facilitate trade between the Netherlands and the US. Coordinated all
inter-agency and inter-organizational requirements, deliverables,
dependencies, milestones, entry criteria, and exit criteria.
Visa International - Sr.

In 12 months,
teamed with SVP Technology Strategies Dept. in taking VISA International
to a standards based hardware/software systems development - that was key
to their migration from a legacy to a distributed environment.
Developed the enterprise policy and decision process for internal
technology hardware/software standards. Delivered business
processes, policies and procedures, and standards for Client/Server
testing, certification, and implementation.
Robert Half
International - Sr. Project Manager
Designed the project management processes for new IT Program Office
- including: Scope and Vision, Change Control Board Charter, Change
Control process, Risk Management, Issue and Escalation Management,
Communication Management, Internal/External SLA's, Vendor Management.
Wells Fargo Bank - Project
Manager
Completed work
flow and operational analyses of Wells Fargo’s enterprise voice and data
communications as part of a strategic initiative to outsource the entire
internal business function and later served as part of the due diligence
and execution of the merger with Norwest. Study encompassed 18
business units and included an overview of the enterprise voice and data
infrastructure and topology. The 120 page report also included the
formulation of departmental Objectives and Mission, descriptions of
dependent business processes and related business/third party vendor
interfaces, as well as all system interfaces.

Blue Shield of
California - Project Manager
Designed the administrative & operational processes for a new
product costing/pricing department Designed/developed all
administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
Ascona Communications Inc. –
CFO/COO
Due to internal fraud, client experienced severe negative cash flow and
was on the brink of collapse. In 18 months, led a $15MM turn-around
to profitability, introduced new sales channels, reduced financial
commitments, re-structured the Balance Sheet, and expanded into the
European market. Positioned the company for acquisition valued at
$17MM. Directory is currently the world's largest music industry
directory. |
